Supplements and reductions:

single use supplement during Low and Medium season	€ 30,00 per person per day
single use supplement during High season	€ 40,00 per person per day
reduction child up to 3 y.o. in babycoat or in bed with parents	100%
reduction child beetween 4 and 12 y.o.	50% (of adult rate)
reduction 3rd person over 13 y.o.	30% (of adult rate)

Check-in/out:

the room and the hotel services are at your complete disposal from 03.00 pm of day of arrival, until 12.00 pm of day of departure.
Reservation confirmation:

Your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by a credit card number (and expiration date).
Irispa wellness:

The Irispa wellness center is open everyday from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm.  We suggest you to reserve your treatment at the moment of room reservation. In case of reserved treatments, you are requested to be at trhe Irispa receptio 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The access is not allowed to 14 y.o. and under.
Payment conditions:

We accept cash, checks, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard) or bancomat.

Cancellation policy for reservation guaranteed with credit card.

in accordance with the standard European travel cancellation policy, in case of cancellation, the following cancellation charges will apply (% of the total amount of the reservation):

the reservation will be guaranted after receiving the payment of 50% of the total of the reservation

• cancellation up to 10 days prior of the arrival date: total refound of the payment and no penalties
• cancellation from 9 days before to the day of arrival: total restrain of the payment.
• No Show : total restrain of the payment.
